2. Accordingly, sealed quotations are invited on “As is where is basis” for the disposal of the above mentioned KVK Jeep on the terms and conditions. In case you are interested in purchasing the same for scrap purposes only.
3. The above said Jeep is located at Divyayan KVK, Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Morabadi, Ranchi. Interested parties are requested to inspect the above said Jeep as the date and time given below: –
(i) Date and time for inspection of vehicles: 21.10.2024 to 26.10. 2024
(ii) Contact Person: Shri O.P.Sharma 9835198023 (9.00 AM to 5 PM)
(iii) Last Date and time for acceptance of quotation: 28.10.2024 up to 3.30 PM
(iv) The successful bidder has to make full advance payment in the form of Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama payable at Ranchi within 2 working days of the receipt of the communication from this Office, failing which the offer will be cancelled.
(v) After the scrapping of the said Jeep, the successful bidder has to submit the photographs of the process of scrapping and hand over the engine part where chassis number is engraved and a certificate of scrapping.
(vi) Reserved Price fixed as Rs. 45,000/- for the above said vehicle.
(vii) The quotation should be dropped in the office by 28.10.2024 up to 3.30 PM
